God’s Word

The LORD will guide you always;
he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land
and will strengthen your frame.
You will be like a well-watered garden,
like a spring whose waters never fail
Isaiah 58:11

Encouragement Shared:

My Dearest Sisters in Christ,  There are seasons in our life that God puts us through the fiery furnace of affliction- Isaiah 48:10 -See, I have refined you, though not as silver; I have tested you in the furnace of affliction… It seems like you are in a dry and weary land.  If we are faithful to seek the Lord through his word, it is in those times we are refined and redefined as daughters of the Most High God!  It becomes so overwhelming; the encouragement  is not to be in a hurry for the furnace of affliction to move quickly… It’s all God’s timing; when we are so intent in moving quickly to the other side we miss the precious lesson that God has for us in that season.  His will be done; His plan has purpose; His word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path that leads the way we are to go. The LORD lives! Praise be to my Rock, my Savior! 2 Samuel 22:47- Let the word of God richly dwell in you!  Blessings to you sisters…

Prayer Psalm 27

 The LORD is Your daughter’s  light and her salvation—
       whom shall Your daughter fear?
       The LORD is the stronghold of Your daughter’s life—
       of whom shall she be afraid?
 When evil men advance against Your daughter
       to devour her flesh,
       when her enemies and her foes attack me,
       they will stumble and fall.
 Though an army besiege Your daughter,
       her heart will not fear;
       though war break out against Your daughter,
       even then will Your daughter be confident.
 One thing Your daughter asks of the LORD,
       this is what she seeks:
       that she may dwell in the house of the LORD
       all the days of her life,
       to gaze upon the beauty of the LORD
       and to seek him in his temple.
For in the day of trouble
       he will keep Your daughter safe in his dwelling;
       he will hide Your daughter in the shelter of his tabernacle
       and set her high upon a rock.
Then her head will be exalted
       above the enemies who surround Your daughter;
       at his tabernacle will she sacrifice with shouts of joy;
       Your daughter will sing and make music to the LORD.
 Hear Your daughter’s voice when she calls you, O LORD;
       be merciful to Your daughter and answer her.
 Your daughter’s heart says of you, “Seek his [b] face!”
       Your face, LORD, she will seek.
Do not hide your face from Your daughter,
       do not turn your servant away in anger;
       you have been her helper.
       Do not reject Your daughter or forsake her,
       O God my Savior.
 Though Your daughter’s father and mother forsake her,
       You LORD will receive Your daughter .
 Teach her your way, O LORD;
       lead her in a straight path
       because of Olg’s oppressors.
 Do not turn Your daughter over to the desire of her foes,
       for false witnesses rise up against her,
       breathing out violence.
Your daughter is still confident of this:
       She will see the goodness of the LORD
       in the land of the living.
Your daughter will – Wait for the LORD;
       be strong and take heart
       and wait for the LORD.

Satisfy us in the morning with your unfailing love, that we may sing for joy and be glad all our days.
Psalm 90:14

Thank you Father for your love and faithfulness, and thank you for your grace. Thank you for giving us Christ to die for our sins. Thank you Father for the power of the Holy Spirit in us guiding us in your direction. Thank you for the saints in the body of Christ. May you continue to fill them with the wisdom and knowledge to overflowing, that they may be prepared for every good work in you through Christ. May your words be many and my words always be few. I ask for your forgiveness for my sins those of omission and of co-mission… I lift up to you your Daughters For this reason, ever since I hear about their faith in you Lord Jesus and their love for all the saints, I will continue to give thanks for them, remembering my sisters in my prayers. I keep ask that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give each of your daughters the Spirit[f] of wisdom and revelation, so that they may know you God the Father better. I pray also that the eyes of each of their hearts may be enlightened in order that they may know the hope to which each of your Daughters has been called to, the riches of Christ glorious inheritance in the saints, and Christ’s incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is like the working of your mighty strength Father, which you exerted in Christ when you raised Christ from the dead and seated him at your right hand in the heavenly realms, far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every title that can be given, not only in the present age but also in the one to come. And you Father God placed all things under Christ feet and appointed him to be head over everything for the church, which is his body, the fullness of him who fills everything in every way. We ask for your protection for us and our households. May we also cast all our anxieties on you because you do care for us. Thank you Father for you are mighty and all things are directed by you Father and to you we give the glory…In Christ name I pray. Amen…

Thought to Reflect on As you Move in Faith:
The Joy of the Lord, may it continually be your strength as you enter this week in caring for your family, performing your work task at your place of business and in all you do, may you do it to the glory of God the Father. May the deeds of God be shown to you his servants of the Most High Priest, and Christ’s splendor to your children. May the favor of the Lord our God rest upon us; God will establish the work of our hands for us— yes, he is faithful to establish the work of our hands.
