God’s Word – Do not withhold good from those who deserve it, when it is in your power to act. Proverbs 3:27

Proverbs 3 Withholding Good –
Do not withhold good when it’s in your power to act.

Heavenly Father,

Your word is a lamp to our feet and a light for our path. You give strength to the weary and increase the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; your word states: but those who hope in you LORD will renew their strength. We will put our hope in your word so that our strength will be renewed, we will soar on wings like eagles;
we will run and not grow weary, we will walk and not be faint. We thank you Father for the gift of Jesus, in every season of our life.  Thank you for the forgiveness of our transgressions and sins.  We will love our neighbor as our self, we will confess our sins and turn from our wicked ways.  Your daughters will forgive as you have forgiven us.  We will have no fear of sudden disaster or of the ruin that overtakes the wicked, for you LORD will be our confidence and will keep our foot from being snared.  Your daughters will not withhold good from those who deserve it, when it is in our power to act.  We will not say to our neighbor, “Come back later; I’ll give it tomorrow”— when you have it with you today.  We will love our neighbor because Love does no harm to its neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law. Our desire is that we would live out a fruitful life and walk in newness of life; our new life in Christ.  We thank you for strengthening us through the power of your word.  We thank you for the power of Christ and the Holy Spirit in us leading us, teaching us your paths through your word of truth that equips us for every good work you have called us to.  Thank you for you protection over our lives and our husbands, children and our entire household.  In Jesus name we pray…Amen!

Mercy, peace and love be yours in abundance,
Love in Christ
