Proverbs 28 Integrity Through Godly Wisdom

Heavenly Father,

We thank you for your everlasting love and faithfulness.  Increase our faith so that we may be strengthened by your unfailing love, mercy and your wisdom.  O LORD, hear our prayer, listen to our cry for mercy; in your faithfulness and righteousness come to our relief.  Do not bring your servant into judgment, for no one living is righteous before you.  We are only made righteous through the power of the living Christ in us. Thank you Father for answering us quickly, O LORD; when our spirit fails. Do not hide your face from your daughters or we will be like those who go down to the pit.  Let the morning bring us word of your unfailing love, for we have put our trust in you. Show us the way we should go, for to you we lift up our soul.  We thank you father for your loving kindness, your mercy and forgiveness toward our transgressions and sins.  We desire to love one another deeply, and forgive as you have forgiven us.  Your word instructs us: A stingy man is eager to get rich and is unaware that poverty awaits him.  He who rebukes a man will in the end gain more favor than he who has a flattering tongue.  We will rebuke a man in love and in your truth.  He who robs his father or mother and says, “It’s not wrong”— he is partner to him who destroys.  We will honor our mother and father because your word says our days will be long and the first command with a promise.  A greedy man stirs up dissension, but he who trusts in the LORD will prosper. We will not seek to be greedy; we trust, delight and commit to you our lives.  We thank you for your word of truth that equips us for all the good work you call us to in the name of Christ.  Thank you for your provision in our lives:thank you for your protection over us and household, and family.  We thank you for victories you bring… In Jesus name we pray…Amen!
Mercy, peace and love be yours in abundance,
Love in Christ,
Jennifer Pettiford
