God’s Word – The words of a gossip are like choice morsels; they go down to a man’s inmost parts. Proverbs 26:22

Proverbs 26 Gossip – The Power of Gossips

Prayer:
Heavenly Father,
We will sing to you, your saints will sing songs and praise your holy name. For your anger lasts only a moment, and your favor lasts a lifetime;
weeping may remain for a night,  but rejoicing comes in the morning. We will rejoice in the joy of your presence we will sings songs love to you.  When we felt secure, we have declared in godly confidence, “we will never be shaken.”  O LORD, when you favored us, you made our mountain stand firm; but when you hide your face, we were dismayed.  To you, O LORD, we call; to you Lord your daughters cry out for mercy: And you hear us and meet us through your unfailing love.  You exchange for us;  beauty for ashes; strength for fear; gladness for mourning and peace for despair.  We thank you for you protection over our lives, we thank you for your divine appointments that you divinely place before us.  Thank you for transforming us to new firm foundation through Christ, thank you for the forgiveness of our transgressions and sins.  Lord lets us not love with just words but with actions and your truth…Your word is truth.  We will love deeply and forgive mercifully…  We ask that your strength would equip us so that we do not live like the sluggard who buries their hand in the dish; their too lazy to bring it back to their mouth. We do not seek to be; the sluggard that believes they are wiser in his/her own eyes than seven men who answer discreetly.  Like one who seizes a dog by the ears s a passer-by who meddles in a quarrel not their own. We will not be meddlesome in quarrels that are not our own. Like a madman shooting firebrands or deadly arrows is one who deceives their neighbor and says, “I was only joking!”  We will not live like the fool or the mocker that uses reckless words that are piercing.  Without wood a fire goes out; without gossip a quarrel dies down. Your daughter will not break a confidence or spread gossip.  As charcoal to embers and as wood to fire, so is a quarrelsome one for kindling strife.  We will not answer a quarrelsome person in their folly.  We thank you Father for your protection, we thank you for all our need you daily provide.  May your words of truth be inscribed on the tablet of our heart so that we would not sin against you. We thank you for the victories you give us through the Power of Christ and the Holy Spirit you have poured out on us.  It is in Jesus name we pray…Amen!
Mercy, peace and love be yours in abundance,
Love in Christ,
