God’s Word – He sent forth his word and healed them; he rescued them from the grave. Psalm 107:20

Encouragement Shared: Today’s encouragement – Then they cried to the LORD in their trouble, and he saved them from their distress. He sent forth his word and healed them;
he rescued them from the grave. Let them give thanks to the LORD for his unfailing love
and his wonderful deeds for men. Psalm 107:19-20… Today I woke up with this thought, there is healing and blessings that come from being in The Bible daily. Just as we need air to breathe, water to replenish, and food to nourish. We need the power of God’s word daily to enrich our lives.

Power of Meditation: Meditation creates memorization, Do not let this Book of the Law depart from your mouth; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful. Joshua 1:8

Psalm 37:3-7

Trust in the LORD and do good;
dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture.

Delight yourself in the LORD
and he will give you the desires of your heart.

Commit your way to the LORD;
trust in him and he will do this:
He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn,
the justice of your cause like the noonday sun.

Be still before the LORD and wait patiently for him;

God’s Word – I will exalt you… O LORD my God, I called to you for help and you healed me. O LORD, you brought me up from the grave; you spared me from going down into the pit. Psalm 30:1-3

Encouragement Shared:
Heal me, O LORD, and I will be healed; save me and I will be saved, for you are the one I praise. Jeremiah 17:14 When moving in our own strength there is no healing, no grace…in fact I find that when I move in my very own strength there is disgrace-disconnect. In order to be healed we must first recognize the root of our sin.
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. 1John 1:9
I know… there are some who don’t believe that illness is due to sin. The truth is some illnesses are due to previous generations sin, look at the family histories; alcoholism; drug-addictions; adultery; gambling; abuse of any kind [sexual, physical, mental, verbal]… I know in my very own family it has been revealed to me alcoholism and other abuses that have destroyed and devoured lives through the lies we buy from the enemy.

God is For Us: < It is only through God’s grace that I am/we are here today, sharing the “Good News”… We need to be still before the Lord wait on him… Be in His word daily, he is faithful to give the revelations through His all-powerful word that gives reformations by grace-validations needed to give wisdom; guidance; Instruction; direction… The revelation will come at the appointed it will not prove to be false … The righteous will live by “faith.” [Habakkuk 2]

The Bible States: “You shall not make for yourself an idol in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below. 5 You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the fathers to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me, 6 but showing love to a thousand generations of those who love me and keep my commandments. Exodus 20:4-6

Take Joy Beloved: … though weeping may last for a night “Joy” comes in the morning. [Psalm 30] The Love for God and acceptance of Christ in our life breaks the curse once and for all. Just as it is written; …showing love to a thousand generations of those who love me [the LORD through Christ our Lord and Savior] and keep my commandments. Love the LORD your God, just as Christ has said: … “The most important one” answered Jesus, “is this: ‘Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.” Mark 12:29-31

God’s Word – Turn, O LORD, and deliver me; save me because of your unfailing love.
Psalm 6:4

Encouragement Shared: Todays Psalm 6 is a Penitential Psalm: is Psalm that is relating to the feeling of being remorseful for doing something wrong. Psalm 6 is a penitential prayer. These kinds of prayers are a sweet aroma to our God and Savior… In this Psalm David was asking for God’s mercy and His amazing grace. David was dealing with illness, and was being sought by his enemies. God delivered him and showed him mercy.

There are seasons in our life that we go through hardships. Anguish due to the disappointments’ of brokenness in close relationships.
We are faithfully petitioning God for healing, restoration through his redeeming grace. The disappointment; the prayer seemingly goes unanswered. This disappoint is painful; bringing us to tears of anguish having a negative effect in our day to day living. Even bring on resentment from the disappointment that can eventually lead to bitterness.

The brokenness could be from a parent, your spouse, your child, a close relative or even a friend or co-worker. This anguish could be disappointment from the past that is having an effect on your current relating. I have suffered the pain of losing a close relationship. It is difficult to lose the sweet aroma of friendship. The loss was due because of an expectation that honestly is unattainable. So if I am real, frank and honest with myself and more importantly with God the Father, yes beloved God is faithful to reveal the truths of my very own sin that created the disconnect. Beloved, it’s not easy to hear and take acceptance of our sinful, willful behaviors, but the freedom that comes from it is “HUGE”. Being in the word helps to free us from the lies we buy that imprisons us in our turmoil of brokenness that does nothing but keep us in bondage. This keeps us from being productive and/or effective in our journey of faith.

Think on these things: … brothers [sisters], whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. Philippians 4:8

Heavenly Father…
Please, do not rebuke your daughter in your anger
or discipline her in your wrath.
Be merciful to your daughter, LORD, for your daughter is faint;
O LORD, heal her, for my bones are in agony.
Your Daughter’s soul is in anguish.
How long, O LORD, how long?
Please, turn, O LORD, and deliver your precious daughter;
save her because of your unfailing love.
Thank you for your advanced answer to this prayer and all our
prayers put before your throne of grace. In Jesus name I pray…AMEN

Psalm 6
1 O LORD, do not rebuke me in your anger
or discipline me in your wrath.
2 Be merciful to me, LORD, for I am faint;
O LORD, heal me, for my bones are in agony.
3 My soul is in anguish.
How long, O LORD, how long?
4 Turn, O LORD, and deliver me;
save me because of your unfailing love.
5 No one remembers you when he is dead.
Who praises you from the grave?
6 I am worn out from groaning;
all night long I flood my bed with weeping
and drench my couch with tears.
7 My eyes grow weak with sorrow;
they fail because of all my foes.
8 Away from me, all you who do evil,
for the LORD has heard my weeping.
9 The LORD has heard my cry for mercy;
the LORD accepts my prayer.
10 All my enemies will be ashamed and dismayed;
they will turn back in sudden disgrace.
