God’s Word
“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”
John 16:33

Encouragement Shared:

My desire is to show empathy for a sister in Christ in a crisis or hardship. To show empathy while maintaining my identify in Christ while sharing God’s word to lift one out of the pit and not get in the pit with them. If I get in the pit with a sister then we both become stuck. That is exactly what we used to do when we were separated from God. Listen to one down out, drink and get drunk, shop till we dropped, eat comfort foods and yet the remenant of our pain through distress was still there leaving us in a state of depression. The desire of our flesh is to sit in the pit of pity; the pit of defeat, and react from a point of emotion which is from the point weakness and not from a point of strength that is through the living word Christ. Going into the pit of disparity with one disables, distracts and creates dysfunction. Although the heart behind is well intention the truth is that kind of love to another paralyzes instead of equipping and strengthening through the power of God’s word for victory. My sisters, you have the gifts of God to move you forward and in those seasons of difficulty remember we are being refined through the fire as gold. The refining process – In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while you may have had to suffer grief in all kinds of trials. These have come so that your faith—of greater worth than gold, which perishes even though refined by fire—may be proved genuine and may result in praise, glory and honor when Jesus Christ is revealed. Though you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy, 1 Peter 1:6-8 more…

God’s Word – Let love and faithfulness never leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart. Then you will win favor and a good name in the sight of God and man. Proverbs 3:3-4

Encouragement Shared:
God’s love is faithful… His faithfulness and love is unending… When I think about the Lord and how he saved us, it is an amazing affirmation of how much he loves us!  He is a Holy and Merciful God.  Even in our unfaithfulness toward him he loves us!  Paul writes to Timothy;

2 Timothy 2:12 – 13
… if we endure,
      we will also reign with him.
   If we disown him,
      he will also disown us;
if we are faithless,
      he will remain faithful,
      for he cannot disown himself.

The encouragement is to endure, and remain faithful my beautiful sisters.  Love the Lord all his saints! The Lord preserves the faithful, but the proud [Pride is a thief] he pays back full. [Psalm 31:23]  Yes beloved sisters pride is a thief and it robs us of the good things the Lord has to show us.  We are being refined and redefined and made holy and righteous through Him who is always faithful.  His promise – To the faithful you show yourself faithful, to the blameless you show yourself blameless.  2 Samuel 22:26 – You are sealed and redeemed [Ephesians 1] through the precious blood of the lamb- Jesus Christ! We are daughters of God the Father, and what will be has not yet been made known to us.  …however through his flawless word we know that in his glorious appearing, we will be like him, we will see him as he is.  [1 John 3:2] May the glory of the Lord fill you to over flowing sisters as your continue to grow in faith, through the wisdom of the word of God the Bible…

Prayer:

Heavenly Father,
You are awesome and mighty… You are Holy, and we are not…
We thank you for your entire word of truth that washes us clean…
We thank you for your redeeming grace…Our hearts rejoice in the living God, Jesus Christ who is the word that has come to life… Jesus shed his blood for us to make us holy and righteous without a spot or blemish in your sight.  Father I ask for your forgiveness as I am a wicked woman, may my heart be broken for the unpleasing words that come from me.  Refine us Lord so that your daughters may be holy in all their ways… Take to a new level of understanding, through the word of truth… I thank you for your precious daughters, may they walk in boldness and confidence that only comes through you Father.  Help us to see the beauty of your word so that by it we might be strengthened to do every good work you have called us to do! Thank you Lord… It is in Jesus name we pray…Amen!

God’s Word – “The Lord bless  you, daughter … you are a woman of noble character. “ Ruth 3:10;11

Encouragement Shared:
My sisters, you are blessed because you believed…what the Lord said. [Luke 1:45] The word states that faith in him never disappoints.   There is no room for doubts when it comes the living God. .   Thomas doubted and wanted to see Jesus’ wounds…  Jesus told him. “Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.” John 20:29
Sisters, this is the encouragement from Christ:  Who ever believes in [Jesus] is not condemned.        [John 3:16]  We are righteous through the blessed hope of Christ – he died was buried and on the third day rose again.   Let us not be a doubting Thomas.  Through [Christ] you believe in God, who raised him from the dead and glorified him, and so your faith and hope [because hope precedes faith] are in God.

Prayer:
Heavenly Father,
We thank you for your awesome glory and your love… We thank you for faithfulness that is unending.  We thank you for the gift of Jesus… It is because of you loved us so much that you provided you one and only son, who died for our transgressions and sins.  Let us cling to your word of truth that you Father continually share through the bible.  Let us love one another deeply, repent quickly and forgive as you Father have forgiven us.  Our desire is to believe by faith, even though we have not seen Christ as Thomas and the other disciples did, we love him; and  even though we do not see him now , your daughters have chosen to believe in him … we are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy…  Our desire is to have faith in what is not seen through the blessed hope, the glory of Christ. Thank you Father for the advanced answer to all our prayers!  In Jesus name we pray… AMEN!
