God’s Word – If you have any encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from his love, if any fellowship with the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion, then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and purpose. Philippians 2:1-2

Encouragement Shared: … Beloved, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. In your everyday ordinary life-do these things with holy and reverence toward one another with gentleness and respect. Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity.
Remember to hold fast to these attributes as describe by God – … These three things remain always-Faith-Hope-Love; the greatest of these is love. God is love-we love because he first loved us. Beloved it is only through the love of God that we can put on the attribute of love. 17 And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.
Colossians 3:12-14 1 Corinthians 13:13; 1John 4; 1 Corinthians 13:8; Colossians 3:17

Prayer for Our Husband Psalm 73:1-9;22-28
Heavenly Father,
1 Surely God is good to my husband,
to those who are pure in heart.
2 But as for my husband, his feet had almost slipped;
he had nearly lost his foothold.
3 For he envied the arrogant
when he saw the prosperity of the wicked.
4 They have no struggles;
their bodies are healthy and strong.
5 They are free from the burdens common to man;
they are not plagued by human ills.
6 Therefore pride is their necklace;
they clothe themselves with violence.
7 From their callous hearts comes iniquity;
the evil conceits of their minds know no limits.
8 They scoff, and speak with malice;
in their arrogance they threaten oppression.
9 Their mouths lay claim to heaven,
and their tongues take possession of the earth.

21 When my husband’s heart was grieved
and his spirit embittered,
22 My husband was senseless and ignorant;
he was a brute beast before you.
23 Yet my husband is always with you;
you hold my husband by his right hand.
24 You guide my husband with your counsel,
and afterward you will take my husband into glory.
25 Whom have we in heaven but you?
And earth has nothing we desire besides you.
26 My husband’s flesh and heart may fail,
but God is the strength of my husband’s heart
and his portion forever.
27 Those who are far from you will perish;
you destroy all who are unfaithful to you.
28 But as for my husband and I, it is good to be near God.
We have made you the Sovereign LORD our refuge;
my husband and I will tell of all your deeds.
Thank you Father for giving me the ability to persevere in my troubles
to pray in faith for the victory you give through your deliverance. I will
sing songs of deliverance. You have preserved my life in the midst of my troubles. Thank you Father for keeping my foot from slipping and planting me on solid ground. Thank you for the gift of Jesus! In Jesus name I pray…AMEN!

God’s Word: For the LORD God is a sun and shield; the LORD bestows favor and honor; no good thing does he withhold from those whose walk is blameless.

Encouragement Shared: Beloved, I will thank my God every time I remember you as I pray. In all my prayers for all of you. I will pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now, in your diligence to be salt and light unto the world. Praying without ceasing for our marriages; our children; our work and our ministry…remain confident that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.
Philippians is the book on “Joy”… Joy is a state of being confident through faith knowing God will sustain us in all our troubles and provide for us in all our need.
Beloved my prayer: that our love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, so that we may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless for the day of Christ, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes [ only ]through Jesus Christ—to the glory and praise of God. Philippians 1-6; 9-11

listen to my husband’s cry for mercy.

for you will answer him.

no deeds can compare with yours.
9 All the nations you have made
will come and worship before you, O Lord;
they will bring glory to your name.

you alone are God. Thank you Father for the

Encouragement Share: Jesus gives us the model prayer to guide us through our communication with the Father. There are times that we are at a loss for words when it comes to praying. There are also times there is so much occurring in our lives we are unable to focus. The model prayer gives us the divine order in how we should pray.

1.Verse 9: Praise/Thanksgiving

2. Verse 10: Submission

3. Verse 11: Request/Intersession

4. Verse 12: Forgiveness

5. Verse 13: Protection

6. Verse 13b: Closing Praise/Thanksgiving

7.Verse 14: Forgiveness-A necessary act not only will our prayers be hindered, we will not be forgiven by God the Father.

Keeping our eyes on Christ –<br>

See to it, brothers, that none of you has a sinful, unbelieving heart that turns away from the living God. 13 But encourage one another daily, as long as it is called Today, so that none of you may be hardened by sin’s deceitfulness. We have come to share in Christ if we hold firmly till the end the confidence we had at first. See to it that beloved that we do not miss the grace of God and that no bitter root grows up to cause trouble and defile many. Hebrews 3:12-14; 12:14-16

Nothing good comes from bitter roots. We must stay in the word of truth the Bible, keeping our eyes on Jesus the author and finisher of our faith.

Mercy, peace and love be yours in abundance,

Love in Christ,

Prayer for Our Husband Matthew 6

“‘Our Father in heaven,

hallowed be your name,

10 your kingdom come,

your will be done

on earth as it is in heaven.

11 Give my husband today his daily bread.

12 Forgive my husband his debts,

and he will also have forgiven his debtors.

13 And lead him not into temptation,

but deliver my husband from the evil one.

14 For if my husband forgives men when they sin against him, you heavenly Father will also forgive my husband. 15 But if my husband does not forgive men their sins, you Father will not forgive him sins.

Thank you Father for all you do through your mercy and love.

Thank you for the many victory and blessings your give. In Jesus name… I pray-AMEN!
