God’s Word – “For you will go out with joy And be led forth with peace; The mountains and the hills will break forth into shouts of joy before you, And all the trees of the field will clap their hands.” Isaiah 55:12 NASB

Encouragement Shared:
The Bible states; God will make known to us the path of life; In HIS Majestic presence is fullness of joy; In HIS right hand there are pleasures forever. [Psalm 16:11] Yes, beloved in the joy of his presence we are to give our love and thanksgiving to Him. In the midst of our troubles he preserves our life, through giving us a future and hope. Our God is the God of eternal hope in all circumstances of life. There is no other hope than glory of his presence in our life, going before us ; showing us the path of life that is joy, that is also great peace. Beloved it is through that great joy and peace through the word that enables us to move forth in his strength.

There are times that our circumstances do discourage; dissuade and seem daunting leading us to be stagnant in our faith.  I know first hand that feeling of emptiness and disappointment that can some how come in and be all consuming with out a hope in the world.  I can see through the victories yet, they seem unattainable.  I see through the everlasting hope – then an overwhelming presence comes to mind that I am not worthy of the promise.  It is ineffective thinking that mind set is not godly vision but worldly dissatisfaction.  God is the strength of our heart, mind and spirit…it is through the promise of His word that he can lift us up when we feel discouraged, fearful and alone in our hardships.   If we hear his voice we can not harden our hearts, it is through the presence of the Holy Spirit poured out in us that leads us to the promise of victory, joy and peace through  the storm.  It it in those times that I can attest to you Beloved, that boldness – strength – courage become the shield that is Christ with us.  He is our strength and our joy… Let us sings songs of thanksgiving and praise in the storms of difficulty and encourage one another from the deceitfulness of sins grip.  Let us move forward, learn the lessons of hardship to increase our faith to living testimonies to encourage and inspire the wonderful presence of our God.

Mercy, peace and love be yours in abundance,

Prayer:
Heavenly Father,
We thank you for your awesome word that empowers your people to seek you … to seek you with all their heart, mind and spirit. Forgive us of our sins Father those of omission and commission …that we would repent and stand firm in your word so that the enemy would flee. We are confident that in the midst of life’s storms only you can preserve our life. Father, let the wicked forsake their wicked ways…because we know; You have loved righteousness and hated wickedness; … Thank You God, because you have anointed Your sons and daughters With the oil of joy above all. … Give your sons/daughters the wisdom through your word to discern the works of the wickedly evil ploys set against us… May your word be on the top of mind and the tip of our tongue, and that those who plot what is evil in your sight the heart to repent and be restored; without repentance that they would suffer the consequence of their wicked and evil plans. Empower us through the joy of your presence so that we can rest in your peace without any anxiousness. In Jesus Precious name …Amen!

God’s Word: The soothing tongue is a tree of life, but a perverse tongue crushes the spirit. Proverbs 15:4

Encouragement Shared: A good word cheers a person up… But a harsh word breaks the spirit. I can remember early in my journey of faith, my prayer became: Dear Father, let me be that women with a timely word. A word that is like apples of gold set in silver. Yes, I am of the mind set, that reckless words pierce like a sword, but the word of the wise brings healing.

Prayer:
Heavenly Father
Help to be aware of our words, so that we can focus on you. Let us speak healing words … Not words that crush a spirit.
In Christ Name… Amen!

Proverbs 15 New International Version (NIV)
15 A gentle answer turns away wrath,
but a harsh word stirs up anger.
2 The tongue of the wise adorns knowledge,
but the mouth of the fool gushes folly.
3 The eyes of the LORD are everywhere,
keeping watch on the wicked and the good.
4 The soothing tongue is a tree of life,
but a perverse tongue crushes the spirit.
5 A fool spurns a parent’s discipline,
but whoever heeds correction shows prudence.
6 The house of the righteous contains great treasure,
but the income of the wicked brings ruin.
7 The lips of the wise spread knowledge,
but the hearts of fools are not upright.
8 The LORD detests the sacrifice of the wicked,
but the prayer of the upright pleases him.
9 The LORD detests the way of the wicked,
but he loves those who pursue righteousness.
10 Stern discipline awaits anyone who leaves the path;
the one who hates correction will die.
11 Death and Destruction[a] lie open before the LORD—
how much more do human hearts!
12 Mockers resent correction,
so they avoid the wise.
13 A happy heart makes the face cheerful,
but heartache crushes the spirit.
14 The discerning heart seeks knowledge,
but the mouth of a fool feeds on folly.
15 All the days of the oppressed are wretched,
but the cheerful heart has a continual feast.
16 Better a little with the fear of the LORD
than great wealth with turmoil.
17 Better a small serving of vegetables with love
than a fattened calf with hatred.
18 A hot-tempered person stirs up conflict,
but the one who is patient calms a quarrel.
19 The way of the sluggard is blocked with thorns,
but the path of the upright is a highway.
20 A wise son brings joy to his father,
but a foolish man despises his mother.
21 Folly brings joy to one who has no sense,
but whoever has understanding keeps a straight course.
22 Plans fail for lack of counsel,
but with many advisers they succeed.
23 A person finds joy in giving an apt reply—
and how good is a timely word!
24 The path of life leads upward for the prudent
to keep them from going down to the realm of the dead.
25 The LORD tears down the house of the proud,
but he sets the widow’s boundary stones in place.
26 The LORD detests the thoughts of the wicked,
but gracious words are pure in his sight.
27 The greedy bring ruin to their households,
but the one who hates bribes will live.
28 The heart of the righteous weighs its answers,
but the mouth of the wicked gushes evil.
29 The LORD is far from the wicked,
but he hears the prayer of the righteous.
30 Light in a messenger’s eyes brings joy to the heart,
and good news gives health to the bones.
31 Whoever heeds life-giving correction
will be at home among the wise.
32 Those who disregard discipline despise themselves,
but the one who heeds correction gains understanding.
33 Wisdom’s instruction is to fear the LORD,
and humility comes before honor

31 Days in Proverbs ~

God’s Word – Listen, for I will speak of excellent things, And from the opening of my lips will come right things; Proverbs 8:6

Proverbs 8 – Excellence of Wisdom

Prayer
Thank you God our Father for giving us every good and perfect gift from above; Jesus Christ.  Your wonders and miricales are too numberous to count… We rejoice in the word of truth you
encourage us with may we seek you day and night, not turning to the left or to the right. Thank you for the forgiveness of our sins… That we would be as obedient children and forgiving toward others. Your word speaks of Wisdom-Does not wisdom cry out, your daughters will cry out to you for wisdom. And understanding lift up her voice? Your daughters will seek your understanding… Wisdom takes her stand on the top of the high hill, beside the way, where the paths meet. Wisdom, She cries out by the gates, at the entry of the city, At the entrance of the doors: “ To you, O men, I call, And my voice is to the sons of men. O you simple ones and daughters/sons of Most High and Holy God, will seek to understand prudence, may your daughters /son be of an understanding heart. To you we listen, for you Lord will speak of excellent things, And from the opening of your lips will come right things; For your mouth will speak truth; Wickedness is an abomination to your lips Father. All the words of your mouth are with righteousness; Nothing crooked or perverse is in them. Thank you Lord! They are all plain to your children who seek to understand, And right to those who find knowledge. We sing praises to you our Lord and our King. You withhold no good thing from those whose walk is steadfast before you. Thank you for protecting us under the shadow of your wing. We thank you for the precious victories you bring. We wait and hope in your word and in your word put our trust.
In Christ name we pray. Amen!

Mercy, peace and love be yours in abundance,

Proverbs 8
8 Does not wisdom call out?
Does not understanding raise her voice?
2 At the highest point along the way,
where the paths meet, she takes her stand;
3 beside the gate leading into the city,
at the entrance, she cries aloud:
4 “To you, O people, I call out;
I raise my voice to all mankind.
5 You who are simple, gain prudence;
you who are foolish, set your hearts on it.[a]
6 Listen, for I have trustworthy things to say;
I open my lips to speak what is right.
7 My mouth speaks what is true,
for my lips detest wickedness.
8 All the words of my mouth are just;
none of them is crooked or perverse.
9 To the discerning all of them are right;
they are upright to those who have found knowledge.
10 Choose my instruction instead of silver,
knowledge rather than choice gold,
11 for wisdom is more precious than rubies,
and nothing you desire can compare with her.
12 “I, wisdom, dwell together with prudence;
I possess knowledge and discretion.
13 To fear the LORD is to hate evil;
I hate pride and arrogance,
evil behavior and perverse speech.
14 Counsel and sound judgment are mine;
I have insight, I have power.
15 By me kings reign
and rulers issue decrees that are just;
16 by me princes govern,
and nobles—all who rule on earth.[b]
17 I love those who love me,
and those who seek me find me.
18 With me are riches and honor,
enduring wealth and prosperity.
19 My fruit is better than fine gold;
what I yield surpasses choice silver.
20 I walk in the way of righteousness,
along the paths of justice,
21 bestowing a rich inheritance on those who love me
and making their treasuries full.
22 “The LORD brought me forth as the first of his works,[c][d]
before his deeds of old;
23 I was formed long ages ago,
at the very beginning, when the world came to be.
24 When there were no watery depths, I was given birth,
when there were no springs overflowing with water;
25 before the mountains were settled in place,
before the hills, I was given birth,
26 before he made the world or its fields
or any of the dust of the earth.
27 I was there when he set the heavens in place,
when he marked out the horizon on the face of the deep,
28 when he established the clouds above
and fixed securely the fountains of the deep,
29 when he gave the sea its boundary
so the waters would not overstep his command,
and when he marked out the foundations of the earth.
30 Then I was constantly[e] at his side.
I was filled with delight day after day,
rejoicing always in his presence,
31 rejoicing in his whole world
and delighting in mankind.
32 “Now then, my children, listen to me;
blessed are those who keep my ways.
33 Listen to my instruction and be wise;
do not disregard it.
34 Blessed are those who listen to me,
watching daily at my doors,
waiting at my doorway.
35 For those who find me find life
and receive favor from the LORD.
36 But those who fail to find me harm themselves;
all who hate me love death.”
